Assistant Manager Operational Due Diligence

- Lead and support operational due diligence assignments with the focus on depositaries and fund administrators
- Lead and support on-site visits
- Prepare fund´s board reports within the agreed timelines
- Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework
- Analyze financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs, SOC reports
- Identify key issues with service providers
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- Maintain clear documentation and follow processes
- Recommend enhancements to due diligence workflows and tools
- Support with ad hoc projects
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar
- 3 – 5 years work experience in due diligence, audit, or similar
- Experience in a Luxembourgish AIFM is an asset
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must
- High attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working autonomously
