¿Qué te aportaremos?

- Posibilidad de trabajar 2 días desde la sede de Bilbao, hasta dos días de teletrabajo y un día de la semana, el día del equipo, en Mondragón.

Tus funciones serán:
- Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y análisis de datos en entornos insdustriales, desde el tratamiento y modelado de datos hasta la integración en sistemas productivos.
- Capacidad en seleccionar la mejor técnica o combinación de técnicas IA y Machine learning, tanto tradicionales (ML clásico, estadística avanzada) como emergentes (deep learning, modelos fundacionales, aprendizaje multimodal o generativo), para resolver problemas complejos del mundo real.
- Implementar componentes, librerías y frameworks reutilizables considerando un ciclo de vida de desarrollo orientado al testing y validación.
- Explorar, adaptar e integrar nuevos paradigmas de IA, como el aprendizaje federado, el aprendizaje incremental, los modelos open world o la IA explicable en los proyectos.
- Planificar y ejecutar planes de integración y validación de componentes software.
- Colaborar y participar en grupos de proyectos multidisciplinares.
- Contribuir a la innovación tecnológica del equipo, investigando y evaluando nuevas herramientas, frameworks y modelos del estado del arte, participando en proyectos de I+D, publicaciones o colaboraciones con partners tecnológicos.
- Desarrollar prototipos innovadores para demostrar las capacidades del equipo, integrando tecnologías y conocimientos adquiridos.
- Gestionar proyectos con clientes, determinando sus necesidades y planteando soluciones concretas a sus problemas.
Requisitos:
Para disfrutar en este equipo necesitarás:
- Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Inteligencia Artifical o similar.
- Máster relacionado con la materia. Se valorará positivamente tener doctorado en informática o similar.
- Conocimiento, formación específica en inteligencia artificial y análisis de datos.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés.
- Conocimiento y habilidades importantes en programación en Python y dominio de librerías de análisis avanzado de datos. Se valorará experiencia en lenguajes de programación como R/Java/Go.
- Experiencia en Machine Learning y Deep Learning, incluyendo diseño, entrenamiento y despliegue de modelos.
- Capacidad de desarrollo de algoritmos de ML e IA y manejo de frameworks como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, o SciKit-learn.
- Conocimientos en aprendizaje multimodal, modelos fundacionales, aprendizaje federado o incremental, y técnicas de IA explicable.
- Se valorará conocimiento de arquitecturas basadas en contenedores (Docker) y estar familiarizado/a con plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Diseño y desarrollo de flujos de trabajo de ML (MLflow, Airflow).
- Elaboración y ejecución de pruebas de integración y validación de sistemas basados en aprendizaje automático.
