Product Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week onsite)

Compensation: Competitive base + bonus + benefits

About Us

Togetherwork is a $250M recurring revenue SaaS business with over 33 software applications serving 12+ vertical markets. We exist to help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering software solutions tailored to their unique needs.

With our new headquarters on South Congress in Austin, TX, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. We work hard and play hard. We love our customers, we innovate with purpose, and we won't stop until we've delighted every client across the diverse ecosystem we serve.

About This Role

Togetherwork is seeking a highly strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to help shape the future of our products and platform. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and business case development to delivery, launch, and post-release optimization.

This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of customer needs, business outcomes, and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to uncover opportunities, build innovative solutions, and deliver measurable value. You'll also leverage AI and machine learning to accelerate discovery, improve decision-making, and create differentiated product experiences.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Business Impact

Develop product strategies and roadmaps that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business results. Build business cases for new investments, including ROI modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessment. Present recommendations, roadmaps, and progress updates to executive leadership, articulating the why behind key decisions. Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, market opportunity, revenue potential, and strategic fit.

Customer Discovery & Innovation

Engage with customers through interviews, workshops, and beta programs to identify pain points and unmet needs. Champion a customer-first mindset while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities. Explore innovative approaches, including new business models and AI-driven capabilities, to advance Togetherwork's product ecosystem. Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, QA, and analytics to accelerate time-to-market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product owners to translate strategy into user stories and prioritized backlogs. Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure clarity, quality, and velocity from concept to code. Collaborate with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive, impactful user experiences. Support sales, marketing, and customer success with go-to-market plans, product launches, and adoption strategies.

Execution & Measurement

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, delivery, launch, and iteration. Define and track KPIs and success metrics, using market feedback and performance data to guide iterations. Manage tradeoffs between speed, scope, and quality to deliver high-impact releases. Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Experience

3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit software, consumer mobile apps, or similar environments. Proven success building and launching products that drive measurable business outcomes. Experience working within complex, multi-product ecosystems.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong business and financial acumen, including ROI analysis and prioritization frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate insights into successful product solutions. Hands-on experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners in Agile environments. Proficiency with AI and automation tools—and excitement about applying them across the product lifecycle. Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Mindset

Growth-oriented, curious, and passionate about building great software. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Willing to challenge assumptions, take smart risks, and learn quickly. Energized by working in person at our Austin headquarters 2–3 days per week.

Why This Role

Impact: Shape the future of a $250M SaaS company with a diverse portfolio of 33 products across 12+ vertical markets.

Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to build differentiated, market-leading solutions.

Growth: Advance your career in an environment that values creativity, experimentation, and bold thinking.

Collaboration: Work alongside passionate teammates across engineering, design, product, and go-to-market functions.

Culture: Join a team that works hard, plays hard, and relentlessly focuses on customer outcomes.
