Buscamos un/a
QA Automation Engineer
con experiencia sólida en automatización de pruebas y CI/CD, que quiera formar parte de un entorno internacional exigente y orientado a calidad.

El objetivo del rol es diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones automatizadas para testing y despliegue de software, aumentando la eficiencia, mejorando la calidad del producto y reduciendo errores manuales dentro del ciclo de vida del desarrollo.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de impulsar la automatización en diferentes áreas clave del testing y asegurar su integración dentro del flujo de desarrollo continuo.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar scripts y frameworks de pruebas automatizadas (Selenium, Appium).
  • Colaborar con QA Engineers y desarrolladores para definir estrategias de testing y priorizar automatizaciones según riesgo e impacto.
  • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Ejecutar pruebas automatizadas, analizar resultados y generar reportes de calidad.
  • Configurar y mantener entornos de testing (servidores, datos, infraestructura).
  • Automatizar pruebas de rendimiento, estrés y escalabilidad.
  • Automatizar pruebas de seguridad (vulnerability scanning, pentesting).
  • Alinear las iniciativas de automatización con los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Formar y guiar a otros miembros del equipo en buenas prácticas de automatización.

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • +5 años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas.
  • Experiencia con Selenium y/o Appium.
  • Integración en entornos CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Conocimientos de programación en Java y SQL.
  • Experiencia en testing funcional, de rendimiento y de seguridad.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de datos y troubleshooting.
  • Comprensión sólida de plataformas y principios de sistemas.
  • Idiomas: Buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito
