Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in L'Escala. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, implementing and monitoring production schedules, and ensuring factory processes run efficiently. Additional responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with departments for smooth production flow, and maintaining safety and quality standards within the production facility.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead production teams effectively
• Proficiency in Production Scheduling and Production Planning
• Competency in Production Management to ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and safety standards
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is an asset
