As a Business Transformation Special Projects Intern you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate on exciting projects such as digitalisation and product expansion - organising and scheduling project meetings, setting up sharepoint/teams sites, support in developing and updating project plans. Assisting the project manager as needed
• Develop your business and technical skills by supporting rollout of new technology to business users
• Work alongside experts from various functions, in your team and from around our global network
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience

• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity

• Aspire to be successful and help deliver the project goals

What Makes You a Great Fit?

While we're not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you'll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you

• Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
• Currently pursuing a degree or master's in Business, International Business, or related field.
• Interested in the Insurtech world.
• Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.
• Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
• Dedicated and determined to deliver high quality output
• A good team player with a responsible, flexible, can-do attitude.
