Urban Hive Madrid abrirá sus puertas en marzo de 2026.

Ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, a pocos pasos del Palacio Real, la Plaza de España y el Teatro Real, el hotel contará con 144 habitaciones, 4 salas de reuniones, sala de fitness, restaurante, lobby bar y una espectacular rooftop con piscina y skybar, con vistas inmejorables sobre Madrid.

Será el segundo hotel de la marca, tras Urban Hive Milano, y ocupará un edificio histórico cuidadosamente transformado. El proyecto da vida a un nuevo concepto de hospitalidad que pone en el centro tanto la experiencia del huésped como el bienestar de sus equipos.

En este contexto, buscamos una persona apasionada de la hospitalidad, con fuerte sensibilidad por la experiencia del huésped y dominio de la operación diaria para incorporarse desde la fase de preapertura como Night Auditor.

Tu misión:

  • Ser el responsable de las operaciones diarias del hotel durante el turno de noche, velando por la seguridad de las instalaciones, el buen funcionamiento de todos los departamentos y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes asegurando un servicio fluido, personalizado y alineado con el ADN lifestyle de Urban Hive.
  • Gestionar auditoría, cierres de caja, reportes y reservas, resolviendo incidencias y tomando decisiones para garantizar que la noche transcurra de manera fluida, segura y alineada con el ADN lifestyle de Urban Hive.

Tu perfil :

  • Formación en Turismo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Front Office en hoteles, preferiblemente lifestyle, urbanos o boutique.
  • Español e inglés imprescindibles (nivel alto). Otros idiomas valorables.
  • Experiencia sólida en Opera Cloud y gestión de reservas.
  • Experiencia en cierre de caja, reportes contables y auditoría nocturna.
