The Team:
The Team is part of Orchestration Engine & Actions organization mainly focused on data and built-in actions. The Orchestration Engine & Actions organization is dedicated to building scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that power critical operational workflows. Our team focuses on developing features that enable seamless execution of operational use cases, ensuring efficiency, automation, and flexibility for our customers. We work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that enhance the overall orchestration experience.

The Role:
As a
Staff Full Stack Software Engineer
, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-quality, scalable software solutions across the stack. You will work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise in software architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring will be crucial in guiding the team toward best practices and innovative solutions. You will also collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical implementations that deliver value to our users.

The work you'll do:

• Develops technical vision for whole areas of the product
• Write and get buy in for the most complex and strategic features in the product
• Solve long-standing deep problems across the tech stack
• Lead groups of engineers
• Bring in best in class technologies and techniques from industry
• Able to navigate complex relationships and hierarchies across PM, UX, eng and users
• Design and implement large, complex new features
• Lead projects with varied frontend and server technologies and architectures
• Play an active role in product discussions, influencing roadmaps and user experience
• Contribute to and extend the core architecture and components
• Drive application performance improvements for big data
• Set an example for and mentor and grow your teammates
• Recognize and take action to improve the developer work environment
• Write clean, understandable, and testable code
• Build, launch, and maintain features in production
• Help define a fun and inclusive engineering culture

The qualifications you need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 10+ years of experience in frontend / server development, e.g.

• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS

• Server: Java, NodeJS

• Experience leading and delivering large projects involving multiple engineers, product managers, and UXers

• Proven ability to gather alignment across varied stakeholders
• Significant software design expertise
• Formal or informal leadership over other engineers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion and motivation to learn and grow as a software engineer
