The Opportunity – Build strong community and retailer relationships to drive engagement

Join our Retail Town Centres Team and implement creative and engaging customer experiences that support our centre's market strategy and plans.  To be successful in the role, you will partner with local retailers and the community to drive opportunities within the centre through integrated marketing campaigns, community connection initiatives, and retailer support programs.

This role is based at our Stockland Point Cook centre in Melbourne and is a 16-month contract.

What You'll Do

Engage with local retailers and integrate them into key marketing campaignsSuccessfully implement marketing campaigns and eventsDrive the presentation of the centre, including visual merchandising, hoarding, and signage treatmentsNetwork locally to identify sponsorship and participation opportunitiesAssist in identifying key stakeholders within the region and develop a communication schedule to ensure regular contactEngage relevant local groups and committeesContribute to the integration of CR&S initiatives and relationships through the marketing mix and programImplement community relations programs, events, and sponsorshipsCreate and upload content across social and digital channels

You're a natural connector with a flair for marketing and genuine interest in community engagement.  You bring creativity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.  You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Experience & Skills That Count

Customer focused mindset with marketing knowledge and expertise gained through formal qualificationsExperience within shopping centres, retail, events management, or community-based services with a marketing focus preferably Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detailAbility to work well under pressure and meet agreed deadlinesA genuine brand advocate with the ability to create strong stakeholder relationships
