Job DutiesWe are looking for an Administrative Specialist to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and University Affairs functions in Bolivia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to recruitment and DEEP program activities.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job openings on external platforms.
- Support University Affairs events, including university visits, career fairs, and communication with student organizations.
- Provide general support to the HR team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other related field.
- Requires 2-4 years of experience.
- Knowledge in Human Resources subsystems.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory
