What will you do:

You will be part of all the major architectural decisions and developments we make on our algorithms, especially in our state-of-the-art deep learning models.You will be responsible for proposing and developing new models, measuring the performance and improving our algorithms. Our ML Engineer role combines the classic "ML Scientist" and "Data Engineer" role at other companiesYou will also play an analytical role researching, designing, implementing, and deploying full-stack scalable data analytics and machine learning solutions to challenge business issues, as well as working closely with our Tech and Ops teamYou will work on unique modeling challenges not covered in the scientific literature, like extreme positive sample sparsity and labeling delay.Analyse data from different sources and provide actionable insights to business and engineering stakeholders Please note that we do NOT provide VISA sponsorship. Candidates without a legal permit to work in Spain won't be considered.

What you need to have:

Very strong coding ability in at least one of the following: Python, Scala, JavaKnowledge of Bitbucket/Git version toolsExperience in machine learning and predictive modelling: deep neural networks, logistic regression, clustering and time series analysis & auto-regressive modelsKnowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical significance tests)Experience working with SQL and data warehousingProblem solving oriented mentality and a very proactive approachSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and sense of accountabilityDetail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a results-oriented business environmentExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenFluency in English.

Master's degree in Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, Applied mathematics, Computer ScienceProficiency in building high-performance algorithms in productionExperience with transformer architectures and LLMs.Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Zeppelin, Tableau, Periscope, PowerBI or othersExperience in digital marketing platforms and user acquisitionExperience with and Apache Spark and Nodejs programming languageFamiliarity with AWS services such as EMR, EC2, Athena, S3, RedshiftUsed to Linux environments
