Who We Are...

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.

The project

As a Planning and Reporting Intern, your main role will be to support all reporting projects and administrative tasks for the Shop-in-Shop channel, as well as assist with other sales-related information tasks.

What will the role entail?

  • Support on reporting project:
  • Download and upload forecasting and budgeting files and validate correct information is uploaded.
  • Bring benchmarking examples to upgrade the support
  • Review and ensure good result for the final selling.
  • Sellout reporting project

  • Give support for pulling basic reports on a calendar basis.

  • Support during peak activity periods related to reporting

  • Support on task for VM SIS:

    • Upload pictures of all brands through different platforms to ensure all stores receive VM directives (Store IQ, Drive and Sharepoint)
  • VM presentations, openings updates.
  • POS Orders: opening packs for new projects (SAP and KL HQ) and extra orders.
  • VM Props: contacting suppliers to develop new props. Follow up quotations and forecast.
  • Campaign Images for each brand: update files and monitoring the reception in store
  • Follow up of special events as second spaces, pop ups…
  • Manage content from Sharepoint & SIQ platforms
  • Support on admin task for Management SIS:
    • Update database, daily review (Base de datos).
  • Store material forecast
  • Staff Uniforms: forecast of seasonal uniforms. Order Faço uniforms and delivery to employees
  • Creation of the uniform protocol for all brands
  • Manage presentations: adaptation and development of K-Kommunication for KL. Publish and share communication through SIQ.
  • Update monthly file sales by associate
  • Creation of annual timetables for GIII/Inno/Selfridges
  • Email trainings for stores: explain different topics
  • Support the team as needed

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in BA, Finance or similar.
  • IT Skills: advanced Level of Excel. Any experience with PowerBI, SAP, Bex or BO will be valued.
  • Languages: high Level of English is a must, any other languages are a big plus.
  • Experience in Canva & PPT will be valued.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, communication & team work.
  • Experience in a retail store will be considered.
