Where we need you

Job Title: Co-Pack Supply Planner

Department: P&D CoE – Co-Packing

Dedication: Full time

Contract: Temporary – 6 months (maternity replacement)

Location: Spain (Can Serra) Hybrid CoE setup

Reporting to: Category Manager

Where we need you:

As our new Co-Pack Supply Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing production and capacity planning for co-packed products across Europe, with a mid- to long-term planning horizon.

You act as the single point of contact co-packers, managing the portfolio and exceptions related to capacity, materials, and external manufacturing constraints.

In this role, you are the critical interface between internal co-packing supply teams and external co-packers, ensuring timely product availability while balancing cost, service level, and inventory targets.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods within assigned co-pack categories
• Create and maintain the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation actions
• Coordinate closely with external co-packers to align production schedules, capacity, and service levels
• Manage material availability and order fulfilment processes related to co-packing activities
• Monitor supply risks, capacity constraints, and disruptions, escalating where necessary
• Implement S&OP decisions and ensure effective execution through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Support new product launches and promotional activities involving co-packers
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in SAP and planning tools
• Track and report KPIs such as CFR, delivery performance, SLOB and unallocated stock levels

The ideal recipe for our new Co-Pack Supply Planner:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, with strong exposure to MPS and RCCP processes
• Solid knowledge of co-packing or external manufacturing models
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Advanced SAP skills
• Experience with supply chain planning tools

• Strong understanding of:

• MPS & RCCP

• DRP & Inventory Planning
• Material Planning
• S&OP / IBP principles

Preferred:

• Background in a Shared Service Center, Center of Excellence, or process-driven environment
• Basic Power BI knowledge
• Experience implementing capacity planning or scheduling tools
