coverings, we are looking to incorporate a
Marketing & Operations Specialist
to work transversally

between the Marketing and Operations departments, supporting decision-making through data

analysis and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analysis and monitoring of commercial and marketing data.

  • Management, maintenance and exploitation of information in Salesforce.

  • Support in coordinating Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.

  • Preparation of reports, dashboards and KPIs for management.

  • Optimization of internal processes and continuous improvement of workflows.

  • Ensuring data quality, consistency and accuracy.

Required Profile

  • University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or similar).

  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce (mandatory).

  • Strong analytical skills, methodical and highly detail-oriented.

  • Organized, perfectionist profile with strong follow-up capabilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities effectively.

  • Very good professional level of English, both written and spoken.

  • Native or fully professional level of Spanish is essential.

Location

On-site position at our offices in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona).
