, we design educational immersion programmes in the UK and Ireland for schools and secondary schools, taking care of every detail so that each trip becomes an unforgettable experience.

What you will do day to day Strategy, content & growth
- Design and execute the editorial calendar (LinkedIn + Instagram/Facebook, with openness to TikTok).
- Create content that connects with our target audience and generates genuine interest in our programmes.
- Propose campaigns aligned with the brand: educational, warm, trustworthy and aspirational.
- Identify trends and growth opportunities.
Active advertising (commercial mindset required)
- Management and optimisation of
active advertising campaigns
on: - Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Clear focus on
lead generation and conversion
, not just visibility. - Tracking results and proposing continuous improvements.
Design & video
- Creation of creatives for social media and campaigns.
- Short-form video editing with strong storytelling.
- Bringing your own ideas to elevate the brand (you will have real space to build).
Sales & outbound (potential role evolution)
- Possibility to participate in
outbound sales activities
: - Email outreach
- LinkedIn outreach
- Calls (depending on profile and fit)
- Support the commercial strategy and follow up on opportunities.
- Coordination with the team to close the loop: content → lead → client.
AI applied (highly valued)
- Use of AI tools to speed up creative and commercial processes: copywriting, scripts, variations, ideas, A/B tests, etc.
- (Always with judgement and respecting the brand tone.)
Requirements (important)
- C1 level English
(mandatory). - Strong knowledge of social media (especially Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
. - Experience in or strong interest in digital advertising.
- Good eye for social media design.
- Short-form video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools).
- Organised, reliable and deadline-focused.
