Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal tools to automate and optimize business workflows.
- Enhance and scale Equito's systems, primarily built on Google Cloud and Firebase.
- Support the development of new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with other developers, product, and business teams to identify pain points and deliver effective solutions.
- Integrate and manage APIs and external services to support various functions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a collaborative development environment.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with development best practices.
- Document technical processes and share knowledge with the team.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in full stack development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
- Web development skills with React or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud and Firebase.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Database knowledge - NoSQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
