Dutch speaking Digital Sales Specialist in Barcelona w/Relocation bonus

Are you passionate about sales and digital marketing? We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join our international team in sunny Barcelona. This role is all about helping small and medium businesses succeed online with the power of Google Ads and digital campaigns.
A relocation bonus is included to support candidates moving from abroad. Hybrid work options available.
Your Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing SMB clients via phone and email to understand their business needs.

Advise customers on how to grow with Google Ads and online advertising solutions.

Identify sales opportunities, from acquiring new advertisers to upselling existing accounts.

Use client data to create tailored recommendations that drive real results.

Collaborate with account managers to ensure long-term customer success.

Work with tools like Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline and track performance.
What We're Looking For:
Dutch (C1+) and strong English skills (B2 minimum).

At least 6 months' experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a strong plus).

Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.

Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Comfortable working with sales tools and digital advertising platforms.
