Vozitel joined Everfield in 2025. The team is based mainly from Madrid, with colleagues also in Bergamo, Italy.
What you will do
We are seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth across the funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating and managing a high-impact strategy while also building and empowering a dynamic team. As a key contributor to our growth, you'll shape our marketing vision, develop cross-functional campaigns, and track performance to ensure we're maximizing the return on every effort.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and own a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting leads across all stages of the funnel.
Set measurable objectives aligned with business goals and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve on the strategy.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategic initiatives.
Team Management & Development:
Build, manage, and mentor a growing marketing team (internal and external people), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members to build a well-rounded and high-performing marketing function.
Encourage a results-driven approach, enabling team members to take ownership of campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
Full-Funnel Campaign Development:
Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at both lead generation and lead conversion, ensuring touchpoints at each stage of the funnel.
Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, SEO, content, and social media, driving alignment across channels to maximize reach and impact.
Partner with the sales team to develop nurturing sequences and lead-scoring mechanisms that support higher conversion rates.
Work closelly with the players in our partner programme, multiplying impacts in awareness and performance, fostering commitment, proximity and a sense of belonging.
Brand Building & Content Strategy:
Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to strengthen brand awareness and establish our company as a thought leader within customer contact industry.
Guide content strategy, working with the content team to produce high-value resources (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that speak to key pain points and buyer needs.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, building a recognizable and respected brand identity.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Establish KPIs and implement performance tracking for campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness, focusing on key metrics such as lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
Conduct regular analysis and reporting on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and future growth.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategy accordingly.
Who you are
3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in SaaS or technology-focused industries.
Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth across the full funnel.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and professional development.
Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions and optimize performance.
Experience in dealing with the BPO industry in Spain and Latin America (desirable), and knowledge of the sector and the relationships that are established in it.
