Lýsing á starfi
Í þessu hlutverki munt þú aðstoða viðskiptavini sem leita upplýsinga, óska eftir breytingum á bókunum eða þurfa lausn á vandamálum sem tengjast ferðaþjónustu. Þú munt svara símtölum, netspjalli og tölvupósti á íslensku, skrá atvik, fylgja verklagsreglum og veita nákvæmar upplýsingar á kurteislegan og skýran hátt.
Þú munt hjálpa viðskiptavinum að finna réttar lausnir, stýra væntingum og sjá til þess að hver fyrirspurn sé afgreidd á skilvirkan og jákvæðan hátt. Mikilvægt er að geta unnið undir álagi, haft góða samskiptahæfni og sýnt þolinmæði og fagmennsku í samskiptum við fjölbreyttan hóp viðskiptavina.

Job Description
You will assist customers with booking-related requests, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth support experience. Daily communication will take place via phone, email, and chat, and you will follow established processes to record case details and provide high-quality service.
