AI Practice Director – Join Our Mission
We are looking for an AI Practice Director to lead and scale our AI capabilities at Omniloy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology, manage a high-performing team, and work closely with the executive team to drive AI-driven transformation.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Financial Leadership

• Own the strategy for our AI practice, aligning with market trends and client needs.
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize the impact and profitability of our AI initiatives.
• Provide technical vision and guidance at the executive level, validating projects and influencing strategic decisions.

Team & Project Leadership

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and develop top AI talent, defining clear career paths for technical experts.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Collaborate with Marketing to showcase success stories and expand our AI solutions portfolio.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with cloud providers, ML platforms, and other tech partners.
• Continuously improve organizational structures and workflows within the AI practice.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• 3+ years managing budgets and financial aspects of tech projects.
• Experience in high-level strategy or tech consulting, with proven ability to advise C-level executives on AI-driven digital transformation.
• A rare combination of deep technical expertise, business insight, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in english and Spanish this is a must

Enterprise AI Experience

• 5+ years implementing AI solutions in corporate or high-impact startup environments.
• Tech Project Financial Management:
• 3+ years managing budgets, resources, and outcomes of technology projects.
• Strategic or Technology Consulting Experience:
• Proven ability to advise C-level executives on AI-driven digital transformation.
• Leadership of Multidisciplinary Teams:
• Experience leading teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI consultants.

Languages

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
