What you'll be doing

• Drive commercial decisions through insights and analytics support for Adecco GBU Sales and Management.
• Drive the timely and accurate budgeting, financial planning and management reporting process for Global Sales.
• Support the Adecco Global Sales team throughout the financial performance management cycle, including Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Lead the governance of large deals to drive profitable growth; ensure appropriate assumptions regarding Margin and Cost to Serve.
• Assess contract execution: pricing, discounts and rebates allocations, volume and margin achievement.
• In collaboration with the Sales team, continuously monitor the performance of Global Accounts: Revenue, Margin and Contribution evolution to drive revenue growth and profitability improvements.
• Develop Pricing & Commercial terms intelligence; share best practices across sales community.
• Drive insightful analysis into Service Line profitability and Regions/Country adoption
• Create a link between pipeline reporting, volume reporting and financials.
• Own the Sales & Margin, Contribution financial reporting in Power BI & GRP: Segments, Industries, Service Lines.
• Constructively challenge existing Business performance monitoring processes, systems, and reports.
• Develop strong Partnership with the Global Sales team and Commercial Finance teams across the GBU.

About you

• Qualifications: University degree / MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a large multinational organization within Finance or Controlling; Business management is a plus.
• Language: Fluent professional English.
• Excellent expertise in Microsoft Excel. Understanding and previous experience with Power BI and Gen AI beneficial.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, able to create compelling and insightful presentations for a variety of audiences.
• A highly analytical mindset, skilled in dissecting complex financial data to unearth actionable business insights.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business direction while providing actionable financial insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to all levels in the organization and influence business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a strong focus on project execution and driving results.
• Strong team player, with customer-oriented approach, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to embrace and adapt to change. Able to work under time-constraints and tight deadlines.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Occasional traveling up to 20%.
