Buscamos una persona capaz de potenciar las capacidades de diseño estratégico y conceptual de la organización en torno a la IA. Una persona con enfoque estratégico, formativo y de investigación aplicada, que sirva de guía para los equipos de diseño y producto identificando oportunidades, definiendo frameworks y participando en la integración responsable y efectiva de IA en experiencias digitales.
- Formato de colaboración flexible (advisory fractional/part-time).
- Diseñar y facilitar workshops internos sobre AI x Design (descubrimiento, ideación, ética, casos de uso).
- Ofrecer asesoría estratégica en diseño de productos con IA: posicionamiento, principios de UX, trust & explainability, oportunidades de automatización y co-creación.
- Mentoring y transferencia de conocimiento: buenas prácticas, metodologías, frameworks de diseño responsable con IA.
- Identificar paradigmas emergentes (prompt-based UIs, copilots, interfaces generativas, etc.) y evaluar su aplicabilidad.
- Contribuir a la definición de la estrategia global AI x Design y a la cultura interna en torno al diseño con IA.
- Experiencia senior en diseño estratégico, research o dirección de producto IA.
- Capacidad para traducir tecnología en valor de diseño y negocio.
- Experiencia internacional, visión ética y dominio del storytelling técnico.
- Inglés profesional, experiencia remota y multicultural.
