About the Role

We are looking for a SAP MM Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of our procurement, inventory, and logistics processes within SAP ERP. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP MM solutions, ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Responsibilities

1. SAP MM Module Implementation:

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP MM module configurations and customizations.

3. Configure and customize the SAP MM module, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
4. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful module implementation.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the SAP MM module with other SAP modules (such as PP, SD) and external systems.

6. Procurement and Inventory Management:

7. Design and implement procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, request for quotations (RFQ), and supplier evaluation.

8. Optimize inventory management processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
9. Configure and maintain material master data, including material types, pricing, valuation, and classification.

10. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely procurement and replenishment of materials.

11. Logistics Execution and Integration:

12. Configure and optimize logistics execution processes, such as inbound and outbound deliveries, transportation planning, and shipment tracking.

13. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline warehouse management processes, including goods receipt, picking, and packing.
14. Integrate the SAP MM module with external logistics service providers, such as carriers or 3PLs, for efficient supply chain management.

15. Provide support for SAP MM-related interfaces with other systems, such as EDI or barcode scanning.

16. System Support and Enhancements:

17. Provide ongoing support for SAP MM module-related incidents, troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.

18. Collaborate with functional teams to gather enhancement requests, analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions within the SAP MM module.
19. Conduct system configuration changes, perform testing, and deploy enhancements following standard change management processes.
20. Conduct SAP ERP SCM training and documentation for end users and stakeholders and provide guidance and feedback on SAP ERP SCM usage and performance.
21. Maintain and update system documentation, including configuration documents, functional specifications, and user training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 years
  of experience as an SAP SCM Consultant, with a focus on implementing and configuring the SAP MM.
• Proficiency in using
  ABAP
  , and other SAP ERP SCM tools and techniques: OData, RF devices..
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM module settings, including pricing, valuation, release procedures, and account determination.
• Proficiency in procurement processes, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and supplier evaluation.
• Knowledge of logistics execution processes, including inbound/outbound deliveries, transportation planning, and shipment tracking.
• Possession or ability to obtain SAP ERP SCM certifications, such as C_S4CSC_2105 (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public) - Supply Chain Implementation), C_TSCM66_66 (SAP Certified Application Associate - Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6), etc.
