Job Description Summary

Buscamos un/a profesional de marketing con perfil operativo que se incorpore de forma temporal para ejecutar el plan de marketing y Brand Events ya definido, asegurando la correcta implementación de las acciones, el seguimiento de resultados y la coordinación con proveedores y equipos internos del centro comercial.

Job Description

Marketing (enfoque operativo)

  • Ejecutar y coordinar las acciones incluidas en el Plan Anual de Marketing previamente definido.
  • Implementar campañas orientadas a la atracción de afluencias y apoyo a las ventas, siguiendo las directrices marcadas.
  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de proveedores externos (agencia de comunicación, publicidad, eventos, animaciones, gabinete de prensa, etc.).
  • Gestionar acciones de colaboración local y partnerships, asegurando su correcta ejecución.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de acciones de RSC y sostenibilidad ya planificadas.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto de marketing, controlando gastos y desviaciones.
  • Monitorizar y reportar los principales KPIs del centro (afluencias, NPS, ventas, KPIs digitales, impacto de campañas).
  • Apoyar el análisis de resultados de campañas y acciones (ROMO).
  • Coordinar acciones conjuntas con los operadores del centro comercial para maximizar el impacto de las iniciativas.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de imagen y calidad del centro comercial
  • Brand Events
  • Ejecutar el plan de Brand Events definido para la comercialización de espacios comunes.
  • Coordinar la puesta en marcha de las acciones de Brand Events:
  • Gestión operativa de contratos.
  • Seguimiento de pagos.
  • Coordinación de implantaciones en el centro.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los ingresos vinculados a Brand Events y reportar resultados.
  • Apoyar la gestión de incidencias y seguimiento de impagados hasta su derivación a los departamentos correspondientes.
  • Colaborar de forma operativa con el departamento comercial en acciones puntuales.
