We are looking for a person to join the Controlling department of Mercedes-Benz España in Madrid, who performing the following functions:

Your main functions will be:

  • Special Campaigns approvals.
  • Control of Pricing of vehicles in accordance with Internal regulations.
  • Cost Controlling: month end closing bookings, follow up budgets.
  • Travel Expenses: master data maintenance in Concur applications, checking the appropriateness of the expenses according with Internal Guidelines.
  • VAT recovering: Calculation and preparation of the files.
  • Management Reports: travel expenses, special discounts, Marketing and G&A.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Windows Office Package
  • High level English oral and written
  • Grade on Business Administration, Economy or similar
