Acerca de la posición
Desde Nestlé España, concretamente, desde la Fabrica de Girona, buscamos personas con pasión por crecer, aprender y formar parte del equipo de proyectos trabajando en el desarrollo de proyectos reales y con objetivos concretos
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Revisar y estudiar los indicadores de la Fábrica para asesorar, proponer y coordinar de mejora de procesos y gestión que redunden en una mayor productividad.
- Diseñar, desarrollar y respaldar experimentos sobre casos de uso de análisis industriales (manipulación de datos, análisis exploratorio de datos, análisis avanzado y control predictivo)
- Responsable y experto en la implementación de herramientas digitales de última generación, empezando por herramientas de Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics e Inteligencia artificial.
- Liderar el diseño de arquitectura y modelo de datos de herramientas de Advanced Analytics para su posterior implementación en fábrica.
- Identificación, análisis y priorización de proyectos con base digital para la optimización de las líneas de producción.
- Liderazgo de proyectos de mejora de líneas
- Soporte y coaching a los ingenieros de proceso para el éxito de los proyectos de troubleshooting y optimización de las líneas de producción y mejora de la calidad.
- Interacción y Workshops con el grupo técnico de aplicación digital de la zona Europa para garantizar seguir siendo pioneros dentro del grupo Nestlé y sector de la alimentación.
- Formación continua en herramientas industriales de última generación.
Requisitos:
- Grado Universitario, recién finalizado en Ingeniería Industrial (o Ade + Ingeniería, Ingeniería Eléctrica...)
- Valorable Máster en Ingeniería (Industrial, Química, Biotecnología, etc.)
- Perfil analítico, experiencia en Data Analyst, preferiblemente en la industria de procesos
- Conocimiento de herramientas analíticas (p. ej., Python…)
- Excelentes dotes comunicativas y orientación a resultados
- Nivel alto de inglés
