What will you do as a Trainee?

  • Support operational tasks and strategic projects across different areas.

  • Participate in the management of key processes (inventory control, resource administration, logistics coordination, commercial support, etc.).

  • Collaborate in process optimization and performance analysis.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.

What You Bring:

Requirements:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in developing within a program that involves multiple areas of the company.

  • Basic knowledge of IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ERPs).

  • Skills: proactivity, adaptability, teamwork, communication, and analytical thinking.

  • Languages: Basic/Intermediate English (preferred but not mandatory).
