Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our vibrant team and play a key role in managing financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Execute payment runs (manual transactions, direct debit remittances)
- Manage direct debit collections and monitor any issues
- Oversee residents' deposits ledger and process contract-end refunds
- Handle the internal treasury mailbox and ensure smooth communication
- Drive improvements in payment process efficiency
- Support month-end processes and assist with reconciliations, audits, and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to deliver seamless operations
What We're Looking For
- High attention to detail and ability to self-review work
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles
- Fluent in English
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
