The Opportunity
You will join a global environment where innovation and data set the pace. Your mission will be to lead strategic initiatives, analyze key markets, and coordinate internal teams and international stakeholders to push forward high-impact business projects.
What You Will Do
• Design and execute strategic plans alongside the Business Development team, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and strengthen commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, operations, finance).
• Manage relationships with external partners and secure long-term strategic alliances.
• Oversee the development of strategic documentation and key project communications.
• Lead communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, follow-up and alignment.
• Drive market-specific strategies and evaluate project scalability and impact.
What We're Looking For
• Native or bilingual
German
and
English

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in strategic projects or business development within dynamic environments (tech, entertainment or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach.
• Innovative, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management systems.
