We are currently looking for an Engineer to lead the growth of our Engineering & Industry division in Madrid. The ideal candidate will bring technical and/or commercial knowledge of the sector, a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together, and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.
Job description:
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients, driving the success of recruitment projects, and leading a team of consultants toward their goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Engineering & Industry sector
- Addressing client needs through effective communication and the application of top-quality processes
- Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring delivery of high-level recruitment services
- Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant industry; prior experience in Sales or in recruitment consultancy is a strong plus.
- Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; knowledge of a third European language is an asset
- Competences:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, start-up-like environment
