Como Facilities Manager, serás una pieza clave en el aseguramiento del correcto funcionamiento y la eficiencia de nuestras instalaciones. Tu misión será garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro, funcional y conforme a la normativa, coordinando equipos y proveedores para alcanzar los más altos estándares.

Responsabilidades
Incluirán:

Mantenimiento de Instalaciones:

  • Supervisar, planificar y coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de edificios, equipos y sistemas.
  • Gestionar todas las tareas de mantenimiento a través de nuestro aplicativo propio de ticketing.
  • Elaborar planificaciones anuales para el cumplimiento de requisitos legales (PCI, RITE, Baja Tensión, Legionela, ascensores, elevadores, etc.).

Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Participar activamente en proyectos de construcción, renovación o reubicación de instalaciones.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de licencias ambientales.
  • Coordinar estrechamente con el departamento de QHSE (Calidad, Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente).

Seguridad y Cumplimiento Normativo:

  • Asegurar que las instalaciones cumplen con todas las normas de seguridad y medioambiente, incluyendo la gestión de residuos.
  • Coordinar con el gestor de residuos y la plataforma SRD.

Control de Costes:

  • Buscar y aplicar estrategias para la eficiencia en el gasto relacionado con las instalaciones y servicios.

Gestión de Equipo:

  • Liderar y gestionar al equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y productivo.
  • Coordinar la contratación y gestión de proveedores de servicios esenciales como limpieza, seguridad, jardinería, entre otros, relacionados con las instalaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Grado universitario o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (CFGS).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar.

Se Valorará:

  • Nivel de inglés B2.

Condiciones:

  • Flexibilidad horaria:
    entrada de 7:00h a 9:00h y salida de 15:30h a 17:30h de lunes a jueves y jornada intensiva de 6h los viernes.
  • Vacaciones:
    30 días hábiles.
