Key Requirement – Nordic Market Specialist

Due to our current market strategy and client portfolio, we are specifically looking for a Nordic Market Specialist. For this role, we require native-level proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Icelandic), a strong understanding of the Nordic buyer profile including cultural expectations and purchasing behaviour, and ideally previous experience working with Nordic clients in the real estate or luxury sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of Marbella and its prime areas to effectively list properties in key locations.
• Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements, ensuring company commission policies are applied.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive, professional communication.
• Manage assigned clients from initial contact through to deal completion — and beyond.
• Keep our CRM up to date with client requirements and maintain your personal database aligned with commercial goals and activity.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Marbella's market and main neighbourhoods.
• Strong business understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.
• Native-level proficiency in a Nordic language (essential for this position).
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Professional, polished, and confident — with excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve outstanding results.
• Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international team.
• Proactive, organized, and ready to take initiative with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude.
• Exceptional standards of customer service, ideally experienced with demanding national and international clients.
