Estamos contratando a un Analista para nuestro departamento de Absorción Percutánea.

Bajo la supervisión del Jefe de Departamento, el Analista llevará a cabo las siguientes actividades:

  • Realizar estudios de liberación in vitro de productos dérmicos/tópicos.
  • Ejecutar estudios de permeación in vitro a través de membranas biológicas.
  • Preparar soluciones receptoras y fases móviles.
  • Realizar estudios de solubilidad del principio activo en medios receptores.
  • Pesar muestras y reactivos.
  • Controlar la temperatura de las membranas y los tiempos de muestreo.
  • Medir la integridad de la función barrera de la piel.
  • Tomar y gestionar muestras.
  • Preparar patrones para el análisis de muestras.
  • Utilizar equipos para el análisis de muestras generadas en estudios in vitro, principalmente HPLC.
  • Realizar operaciones de mantenimiento y cualificación de equipos.
  • Trabajar bajo normas GLP/GMP.

We are hiring an Analyst for our Percutaneous Absorption department.

Under the supervision of the Deparment Manager, the Analyst will carry out the following activities:

  • Conduct in vitro release studies of dermal/topical products.
  • Perform in vitro permeation studies through biological membranes.
  • Prepare receiver solutions and mobile phases.
  • Studies of solubility of p.a. in receiving media.
  • Weighing samples and reagents.
  • Membrane temperature control and sampling times.
  • Integrity measurements of the skin barrier function.
  • Sampling and management of samples.
  • Preparation of standards for sample analysis.
  • Use of equipment for the analysis of samples generated in in vitro studies, mainly HPLC.
  • Equipment maintenance and qualification operations.
  • Work under GLP/GMP standards.

Requisitos:

  • Formación superior en el ámbito de laboratorio clínico.
  • Se valorará experiencia en productos transdérmicos o semisólidos.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos GLP/GMP.
  • Inglés – Nivel B2.

  • Higher Education Laboratory of Clinical laboratory.
  • Experience in transdermal or semi-solid products is desirable.
  • Experience in working in a GLP/GMP environment.
  • English – Level B2.
