Job Description
At Mantu, our Corporate HR department is dedicated to supporting the growth and well-being of our teams across the globe. As part of our commitment to fostering a dynamic and positive work environment, we are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our international HR team. This role is central to designing, implementing, and optimizing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic objectives. You will lead key HR and C&B projects, advise senior stakeholders, and help shape a consistent and transparent reward framework across the Group.
Your missions
- Design, manage, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs in line with company strategy, policies, and local regulations.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus processes, preparing relevant data, analysis, and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and HR partners on compensation, benefits, and performance reward topics.
- Design and implement compensation frameworks such as grading systems, salary structures, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal guidelines across all compensation and benefits activities.
- Liaise with external providers for payroll, benefits, and insurance topics as required.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead and support global or cross-functional HR projects, ensuring alignment between C&B initiatives and business priorities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and participate actively in knowledge sharing within the HR community.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits, with success in leading C&B projects
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish or French is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools; experience with compensation benchmarking tools is a plus
- Good understanding of EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Strong financial acumen, with ability to interpret people cost metrics and collaborate with Finance teams
- Experience in international, fast-paced environments, with adaptability to diverse regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Strong project management skills, with ability to drive C&B or cross-functional HR projects
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) and automation for process improvement
