que será una pieza clave en la experiencia de nuestros clientes durante todo el programa.

Esta persona será responsable de
dar la bienvenida a los clientes
, acompañarlos a lo largo de su proceso,
resolver dudas
, y
asegurarse de que realizan correctamente sus aportaciones mensuales
, manteniendo siempre una comunicación cercana, clara y empática.

Misión del rol

Garantizar una
excelente experiencia del cliente
desde el primer día y asegurar la
correcta gestión de las aportaciones mensuales
, combinando atención al cliente, seguimiento y control administrativo.

Buscamos a alguien
muy organizado, estructurado y metódico
, cómodo trabajando con herramientas digitales y con capacidad para gestionar varios casos a la vez sin perder calidad.

Funciones principales

  • Contacto de bienvenida a nuevos clientes.
  • Atención y resolución de dudas durante todo el programa.
  • Gestión de atención al cliente por teléfono, WhatsApp y email.
  • Seguimiento de aportaciones mensuales y detección de incidencias.
  • Contacto proactivo con clientes en caso de impagos o errores de cobro.
  • Explicación clara de pasos, tiempos y próximos hitos del programa.
  • Registro y actualización de información en el CRM.
  • Coordinación con otros equipos internos cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, customer support o roles similares.
  • Valorable experiencia en cobranza, seguimiento de pagos o gestión administrativa.
  • Perfil
    muy organizado, estructurado y metódico
    .
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, con enfoque empático y profesional.
  • Comodidad con herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas digitales.
  • Capacidad para gestionar volumen de clientes con orden y criterio.

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia previa en
    fintech o legaltech
    .
  • Haber trabajado en entornos regulados o de servicios financieros.
  • Experiencia gestionando clientes en situaciones sensibles.
  • Orientación al detalle y a procesos.
