As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Influencer Marketing team with a strong focus on the German market.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and motivated Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a strong interest in influencer marketing and social media. You already have first experience in influencer marketing and are ready to take ownership of campaigns and relationships.

Important: The candidate must be based in Madrid.

Your Responsibilities

· Supporting and executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end (research, outreach, briefing, content coordination, discount codes & tracking links, product shipments, reporting)

· Managing and maintaining relationships with influencers, agencies and partners

· Supporting the German market as main focus (approx. 80%), while also contributing to the Spanish market (approx. 20%)

· Identifying new influencer talents and monitoring ongoing collaborations

· Coordinating content delivery and ensuring brand-aligned communication

· Tracking timelines, budgets and campaign KPIs

· Staying up-to-date with trends, platforms and best practices in influencer marketing

· Supporting internal reporting and performance analysis

Your Profile

· First hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, PR or digital marketing (agency or brand side)

· Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media and digital trends

· Languages:

o Spanish: fluent

o English: good to fluent

o German: fluent to good (mandatory)

· Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style

· Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow

· Confident working with MS Office / Google Workspace; influencer tools are a plus

Conditions

· Start: As soon as possible

· Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 18:00 & Friday 8:00 – 15:00

· Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

· Location: Madrid City Center

· Contract: Full-time position
