Job Description
Inside Sales Support Agent – Your Next Opportunity
This position is part of our ongoing talent pool. While we may not have an immediate opening, we're always looking to connect with outstanding professionals for future opportunities.
Your Mission
We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion
Qualifications
Who You Are:
Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
Fluent in Czech & English (at least B2 level)
Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
