POSITION PURPOSE
Provides administrative and operational support to the Ass. F&B Director and F&B Director for day to day food and beverage operations.
Essential Functions
- To advise the F&B Director or the Assistant to F&B Director of guest comments or complaints and to initiate a response or resolved them.
- To provide administrative support to the F&B Department.
- Host and assist the guest when required in operations.
- Maintain open communication with other departments, such us Sales, Marketing or Rooms, and throughout the property to handle special requests and assuring guest satisfaction.
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Follow company and departmental policies, procedures and Marriott standards.
- Prepare and review written documents (e.g., business letters, menus, hotel reports, emails, )
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards (HACCP).
- Support cost control initiatives including inventory management, stock control, waste reduction and purchasing follow-up.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports (sales analysis, KPIs, guest feedback, internal audits)
- Ensure a refined, personalized and consistent dining experience aligned with the hotel's luxury positioning
- Ensure correct implementation of high-end service rituals and protocols
- Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
- Attend internal property meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree required or F&B Professional Diploma.
At least 2 - 3 years experience in similar position
Languages:
high level of Spanish & English
Knowledge in POS system (MICROS) will be a plus
High level of computer skills and knowledge of Office365
Good Organization Skills Are Required
Knowledge of all F&B high quality standards, food presentation, service, products and local health and sanitation standards.
