We are looking for a
Social Media Marketing Intern
who is passionate about
content creation, employer branding
and
digital storytelling.
weWow is a fast-growing international scale-up delivering outstanding customer experiences through human talent and smart technology. We believe in strong brands, authentic storytelling and the power of social media to connect people.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will support our recruitment and employer branding efforts by creating engaging content and helping us attract international talent through social media.

You'll work closely with our People and Branding teams and get hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of social media strategies for recruitment and employer branding
  • Create engaging content for social media (copy, visuals, short videos, reels, stories)
  • Create attractive ads for recruitment campaigns
  • Collaborate with Branding, Design and People teams
  • Help translate recruitment needs into attractive social media content
  • Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
  • Support employer branding by showcasing company culture, values and life at weWow

Qualification

  • Student in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Passion for social media, content creation and digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Analytical mindset and interest in performance metrics

Job requirements

The Internship

  • Start: preferably ASAP
  • Duration: minimum 6 months
  • Full-time (39h/week)
  • Location: Valencia (on-site)
  • Monthly compensation based on educational level
  • Reporting to Recruitment Specialist
