Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Front Desk Manager located in San Sebastián. The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and reservations, managing receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with staff and guests. The manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties and Reservations management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable
