Descripción
Finanwin es la plataforma de mediación hipotecaria de Hipoges. Desarrollada en 2023 e inscrita en los Bancos Centrales de España y Portugal, colaborando con las principales entidades financieras de estos países. Su misión es digitalizar y simplificar el proceso de solicitud y obtención de hipotecas. Ofrecen servicios para particulares orientados a la contratación de una nueva hipoteca o refinanciación de hipotecas ya existentes.¿Te gustaría formar parte del equipo Finanwin?
Desde el departamento de RRHH, buscamos a un/a perfil de Credit Manager para nuestro departamento de Credit Management, encargado del análisis de la viabilidad económica de solicitudes hipotecarias y de la negociación con entidades financieras de condiciones hipotecarias a medida.
Como Credit Manager, tu misión principal será lograr la concesión hipotecaria más adecuada a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Generación, tratamiento, calificación y seguimiento de leads hipotecarios para la concesión de hipotecas con entidades financieras.
- Análisis de viabilidad económica y financiera
- Selección y negociación con entidades financieras de condiciones hipotecarias a medida.
- Coordinación del proceso de firma hipotecaria
- Reporting interno y análisis de KPIs
¿Qué buscamos?
- Licenciado/a o Graduado/a en ADE, Economía o similar.
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años como gestor hipotecario en plataforma de intermediación hipotecaria / entidad financiera.
- Imprescindible Certificado de Asesor de Crédito Inmobiliario (ACI) - LCCI en vigor.
- Manejo usuario de herramientas Microsoft office 365.
