Desde Second Window estamos en búsqueda de un perfil de Arquitecto Junior de Software o Ingeniero Senior con conocimientos de IA generativa, para incorporar a una posición, estable, y a largo plazo en uno de los principales clientes a nivel internacional, en modalidad hibrida en Boadilla del Monte (Madrid)

La modalidad es 3 días teletrabajo y 2 dias presencial.

Se trata de un puesto para Banco Santander, muy estable por lo que se busca una persona que busque tambien cierta estabilidad a medio/largo plazo.

SKILLS NECESARIAS (no es necesario cumplir con todas pero si con la mayoria):

Inteligencia Artificial generativa:

  • Conocimiento de modelos fundacionales (Transformers, embeddings, redes neuronales profundas).
  • Comprensión de procesos de preentrenamiento, inferencia, gestión de contexto y razonamiento.
  • Prototipado con Python y uso de APIs de IA generativa.
  • Análisis e integración de soluciones de IA en sistemas reales.

Arquitecturas agénticas:
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas de agentes y protocolos de comunicación (MCP, A2A).
- Comprensión de ciclos de percepción, razonamiento, ejecución y memoria.
- Familiaridad con frameworks para agentes aplicados al SDLC.

Infraestructura, cloud y automatización:
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, OpenShift.
- CI/CD con GitHub Actions, GitHub Projects.
I- nfraestructura como código: Terraform, Ansible.
- Contenedores y orquestación: Docker, Helm, Kubernetes.

Ciclo de vida del software (SDLC):
- Experiencia en fases de análisis, diseño, desarrollo (frontend y backend), validación y soporte.
- Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de calidad y operación continua.
- Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Seguimiento y gestión con Jira, Confluence.
- Elaboración de dashboards e informes con Power BI.
- Documentación técnica y ejecutiva.
