AI Engineer

Right now, the profile that would bring the most value to our team is an AI Engineer with a strong software and data background — someone who is comfortable moving between APIs, databases, and LLM-powered pipelines.

What you will work on:

• Building LLM-powered services and automations used in real production environments
• Designing and maintaining Python APIs (mostly FastAPI-style services)
• Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries over imperfect, evolving schemas
• Implementing RAG pipelines, vector search, and data enrichment flows
• Integrating AI components into existing software systems (not isolated prototypes)
• Collaborating with engineers and product to turn ideas into scalable solutions
• We are not focused on generic chatbots. Most of what we build is automation-first AI, embedded into business processes and data pipelines.

To do the job you need:

• At least 2 years of experience on a similar role
• Python (Production Level)
• SQL (Advanced)
• LLM & AI System Integration
• RAG
• Vector Stores
• Automations
• LangChain
• API Development

Skills nice to have:

• AI Evaluations
• Data Analysis
• Data Modeling
• Awareness of LLM cost drivers
• Experience working with messy or non-standardized data
