German - speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist Lisbon – Anjos Office | Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to support high-value customers by implementing optimization strategies and data-driven digital marketing solutions. This role focuses mainly on Google Ads and performance analysis across multiple Google products. Responsibilities Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customersManage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, mainly Google AdsCreate keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendationsAnalyze data and trends to generate actionable insightsMonitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Develop expertise across Google products (Search Network, Mobile, YouTube) Requirements Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimizationHands-on experience with Google AdsExperience with Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms is a plusStrong analytical mindset and KPI understandingGood Excel knowledgeAbility to work in a performance-driven environmentNative or near-native German (C2) is required for this role Work Schedule Monday to Friday08:00 – 17:00Hybrid working model (may change in the future) Compensation & Benefits Annual Base Salary: 23,000 € grossYearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salaryLanguage Premium: 3,240 € / yearMeal Allowance: 7.63 € per working day (meal card – net)Transportation Allowance: 720 € / yearHealth & Life InsuranceFamily plan (spouse and children included)Permanent contract (180 days probation) Relocation Support Administrative support for NIF & NISSAssistance with housing according to candidate needsRelocation support available for candidates outside Lisbon or Portugal
