B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) – Hybrid | Sofia We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia. This is a full-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support. Your Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leadsApply structured business development and lead qualification methodologiesBuild and manage a strong sales pipelineUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutionsContribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets Requirements Native-level Spanish (mandatory)Fluent EnglishMinimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experienceSolid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologiesExperience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirableStrong communication skills and results-driven mindset What We Offer Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)Hybrid role based in SofiaGross monthly salary: 3,300 BGNQuarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGNInternational working environment and long-term career opportunitiesRelocation support, including:Help finding accommodationFlight tickets10 days or more of apartment paid by the companyPossibility of first salary advance if neededFully furnished apartments of minimum 60 sqm available from approx. 200 € / month Start Date 12 January 2026 Apply For more information or to apply:marco.velenosi@cbtalents.comWhatsApp: +39 334 619 6398
