Join our team Barcelona and support an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project. Were looking for German-speaking talent to onboard high-potential companies, drive product adoption, and help clients grow through impactful PPC strategies. Responsibilities Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships.Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns.Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs.Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance.Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls. Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.C2 German + strong English.2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing.Independent, results-driven, with strong communication and analytical skills.Experience with CRM, customer relationship management, and AI tools.Solid understanding of the German market, business culture, and GDPR considerations.
