HR Internship

What will be your mission?  As HR Technician (M/F), you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the hotel's HR administrative processes in order to ensure the alignment of the Minor Hotels group's HR Management policies and practices.What will you do?  Management of the recruitment and selection process of new employees;Coordination and operationalization of the onboarding process - Welcoming and Integration of new employeesManagement of the offboarding process – Conducting exit interviews, collecting equipment, uniforms, etc.Reporting of HR indicators to central managementElaboration of the annual internship planScreen CVs and select interns together with those responsible for the areaPreparation of internship plans and monitoring of the entire process (link with the school, request for documentation, reception and integration, etc.)Participation in events and employment grants promoting the offers of the Minor Hotels GroupPlanning and development of events and initiatives within the scope of promoting the well-being and satisfaction of employeesImplementation and monitoring of activities provided for in the annual HR planColaborate and encourages participation in social responsibility activities and/or other internal events promoted by the HR Department and/or the Hotel Management.Keeps up to date with labor legislation and HR practices.What are we looking for?  Degree and/or master's degree in the areas of Human Resources Management or Social Sciences.Professional experience in similar roles (3 years of experience preferred)Availability to work full-time and face-to-faceKnowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of HR platforms/software and labor legislation will be valued.Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel's destinationOrganization and focus on resultsCritical sense and strategic thinking.Good oral and written communication.Flexibility and adaptabilityWhy choose us?  At Minor Hotels Europe & Americas we are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
