**What is our proposal?**

The Finance Team is mainly responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day records, and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Accounting Analyst to become an integral member of the Finance team. This is a great role for someone who works collaboratively, is solution-oriented and is excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast-growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify the accuracy of invoice information to ensure the validity and matching of the transactions.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Keep up to date the assets detail and monthly calculation and posting of the amortization.
- Keep up to date the payment forecast, making sure no invoice is paid after its deadline.
- Assist the accounting senior with the monthly banks, intercompany reconciliations and tax fillings.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes through our ERP and integration.

**Requirements**:

- Around 2 years of experience in general accounting
- Able to work multitasks with tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles (Plan General Contable Español). Knowledge of taxation will be a plus.
- Team player.
- Netsuite knowledge, preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, required.
- Good level of English.
