VHIR offers a vacancy for a Researcher with experience in experimental animal models for the Translational Molecular Pathology Group. **Education and qualifications**: **Required**: - PhD in the field of life sciences- Fluency in Spanish and English (business level) **Desired**: - Animal experimentation certification **Experience and knowledge**: **Required**: - Experience in a research laboratory (> 10years)- Extensive knowledge in the area of small molecule inhibitors and their further development- Previous experience in a molecular biology research laboratory- Implementation and standardization of new laboratory techniques- Experience in managing a research laboratory (>5years)- Experience in the design of experiments for the research project- Experience in guidance of personnel (PhD and Master Students) involved in the project**Desired**: - Experience in pharmaceutical chemistry is a plus**Main responsibilities and duties**: - Coordinate and manage the research group Translational Molecular Pathology- Guide the PhD students in carrying out their research projects- **Labour conditions**: - Full-time position: 40/week- Starting date: December- Gross annual salary: 32.000,00 - 35.000,00 (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
