We are looking for a trainee to support the Global Procurement department, IT Category.
**What your responsabilities will be**
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for IT products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Support the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Help manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
**Who you are**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT procurement and supply chain management.
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and telecommunications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
